-Product Care-
As all our items are handmade to perfection, they are designed to last being washed time and time again. That being said we would love to tell you to only hand wash our garments to ensure they really do last forever, but we know life is busy and hand washing all your children’s clothes is just not going to happen.
All our items, unless otherwise specified (like the Dutchess Coat) have the same care instructions.
We recommend cold machine washing them on the ‘gentle’ cycle with similar colours, some machines may call this the ‘wool’ cycle, it is basically the one with the least agitation, and line drying (dry inside out or in the shade to avoid the colours fading over time).
You may warm iron these garments but please avoid any places with elastic, snaps, buttons, embellishment’s or other pretty things that basically aren’t the normal fabric.
Please DO NOT soak or bleach as this may affect the colours and longevity of the garment.
Please DO NOT tumble dry as this may affect the embellishments, buttons, elastic and snaps.
Dry cleaning is done at your own risk, our items have not been dry clean tested and as such we cannot recommended it.
All our items come with care instructions stamped onto the inside of the garment.
If a garment requires extra care when washing all this information is found on the particular items page.
The care an item needs when washing will ultimately depend on the fabrics choose, for example the Dutchess Coat made in the amazing blue velvet needs extra special washing care, but the Dutchess coat made with cotton or a denim outer fabric could be washed like everything else.
For this reason we will ensure you fully understand the requirements of the fabric you have chosen to ensure you will truly love your Little Fawn Lane item.
