As our garments are made to order there is no refund offered or changes allowed once work has commenced on your order.

 

Please choose items and sizes very carefully as all our garment styles and fabric are very limited and we cannot guarantee that another size will be available for exchange.

 

If you do find an item doesn’t fit as you wish and you would like to exchange for a different size we will do our best to accommodate, however it will depend on the item, fabric availability and demand of sizes. If an exchange is offered the new item will be posted, at your expense, upon receipt and inspection of the originally item.

 

We are unfortunately unable to offer refunds unless an item is faulty or otherwise required by the laws of Australia.

If you suspect an item of being faulty, or you choose the incorrect size please email us first to arrange returning or exchange of the item.

All items being returned or exchanged must be in ‘as new condition’; this means the item cannot have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Please inspect all garments on arrival as once an item is wash it can no longer be returned or exchanged.

 

Please include your order number, first and last name, ordering email address and as much information about the fault or ill-fitting item as possible when contacting us in regards to a refunds, returns or exchanges.
