-Ordering-

Ordering at this stage is done via our Instagram, Facebook, email or the contact box. We hope to have our online store up and running through our website soon.

Every order can be done by either a personalized PayPal invoice or through a personalized Etsy transaction.

 

All of our garments, unless otherwise specified, are handmade to order. At this stage please allow 5 business days for your item to be completed and posted.

 

We LOVE custom, one of a kind orders, we are happy to search the globe for the perfect fabric and trims to fulfill your dream outfit so please contact us for these.

 

We are also more than happy to do custom sizing for your bubs that don’t quite fit the mould.

 

Our custom fee starts at $5 per item, this fee covers the time and effort it takes to ensure your custom item is exactly what you want and fits perfectly. This fee will apply to any item needing ‘custom’ sizing, or any item that requires fabric not currently ‘in house’. This fee will increase if your chosen fabric cost is more than the nominated fabric price per meter.

 

At this stage we have a minimum of 5 business day turnaround from order to postage, which can be much longer in peak times, we do offer a ‘rush’ fee, meaning your item will be pushed to the top of the regular orders list and aimed to be posted within 2 business days of the order being received please contact us in regards to rush orders.

 

Please include garment name, size and fabric colour scheme/name of fabrics as well as any lace or trims you would like added and if needed by a certain date if contacting us in regards to placing an order.
