Our sizing can be compared to that of store bought clothes but we always recommended checking your children’s measurements against the size chart associated with each item.
If your child falls into several sizes, or is tall but skinny or short and needs a mixed size we are more than happy to do this, please contact us and we would be more than happy to get the perfect fitting item.
If their measurements are falling on the size or ones over but the rest are under we will always recommend choosing a bigger size because it means you’ll get more wear out if the item, and it’s always better to have something a little big them too small!
Garments made with elastic an waist or other elastic parts can be made with adjustable elastic for added ‘growing’ capabilities.
All our playsuits have the option for snaps at the crotch for easy nappy changes and toilet trips, these are always included in the advertised price, although these can be removed and an alternate closure added if required.
All of our garments are completely tag free so there is no itchy poky tag to irritate your little one!
Where possible all our garments are lined or have a facing. All exposed seams are finished with an overlocker or can be French seamed to hide all those exposed seams.
All of our garments are made with prewashed fabric. This means, after purchase, the fabric is washed and dried to remove all nasty chemicals and to ‘preshrink’ the material. This means your new item will not shrink and be ruined on first wash. We do however recommended washing your new Little Fawn Lane item before your little one wears it, particularly if they have sensitive skin, as we use a general laundry detergent and softener which are not necessarily designed for extremely sensitive skin. Every piece of fabric and every item are stored and constructed in a pet and smoke free environment.
